Exterior
Body . . .
- Lower
section has a 0.62" (1.58 cm) thick double pane
insulated Low-E/Argon filled LOF tempered glass front and
top.
- Interior sides are mirrored stainless steel with ABS
plastic backing.
- Exterior sides are 18-gauge stainless steel and are foamed
with 1.50" (3.81 cm) polyurethane insulation.
- Front nosing is 18-gauge stainless steel.
- The base is 14-gauge galvanized steel covered with a
20-gauge stainless steel exterior. Base is mounted on
recessed adjustable feet for leveling.
- All of the shelves in the refrigerated and dry section
have 14 gauge stainless steel brackets and 0.25" (.635
cm) thick safety glass shelves. |

Doors . . .
- The refrigerated lower section has
(2) hinged, double pane, insulated tempered glass Pike®
doors at rear with mirror finish. The refrigerated
doors are self-closing and are mounted in a thermo-plastic
frame. The dry upper section has (2) hinged 0.25"
(.635 cm) thick mirrored safety glass Pike® doors.
- All doors are removable for cleaning. |

Interior Cabinet

- The refrigerated lower section has
20-gauge mirrored stainless steel interior sides with ABS
plastic backing. This section has (1) glass shelf
mounted on 14-gauge stainless steel brackets and (2) 72 watt
fluorescent lights. The dry upper section has (2)
glass shelves mounted on 14-gauge stainless steel brackets
and (3) 72 watt fluorescent lights depending on the model
- On/off switches for the refrigeration and lights are
located in the base of the unit.
- Self-contained unit has an 8 ft. cord with 5-20P NEMA
plug. |

Refrigeration

All models:
Temperature is regulated by a pressure control. The
unit is designed to maintain 33º-41ºF at ambient room
temperatures of 75ºF and relative humidity of 55%.
The refrigerant used is R-404A. |
